RATES
We are flexible on our rates, especially for longer bookings. Our passion is to help local musicians make awesome sounding recordings.
All rates include an engineer.
STUDIO TIME:
$45 per hour (Engineer incl.)
Studio Time. Studio time can run from $30 to $200+ per hour depending on the studio. In most cases, an album takes 60 to 100 hours to finish depending on the artists' skill level. Alternative Pricing for Recording an Album. Most studios also offer project-based recording rates.
MIXING:
Call for a Quote
Someone with better mixing chops than you but starting out professionally might chargearound $200-300 per song. For $400-600 you can get a fantastic mix from an engineer with some recognized credits. This is a sweet spot for many serious indie musicians who want quality, but are self-funding and price sensitive.
MASTERING:
$30 per song
An experienced mastering engineer can master a song within 10-20 minutes whereas a beginner or someone just starting may take an hour or more to master a song completely. As you continue learning and gaining more understanding, you will begin to spend less time, using like 30-20 minutes or even less.
MUSIC PRODUCTION:

A beginner to intermediate producer should charge between $200 and $900 dollars per song plus 20% of the artist royalties (that is 3% of the records sale's price). An experienced producer can easily charge between $900 and $3500 dollars plus 20%-25% of the artist royalties or 3%-4% of the records sale's price.
